Added verbose logging throughout the lineset updaters. When verbose logging is enabled in the About dialog, the log now records which elements triggered an automatic update, which were processed, and why any were skipped.

Resolved a runtime error that could occur when assigning a reference plane to selected linesets.
Hardened add-in startup so logging is always available before any setting is read.
