Download#

Download Performance Seating (Latest)

The button above always serves the most recent release of Performance Seating as a Windows Installer (MSI). After the download finishes, run the installer to install or upgrade the add-in.

Close Revit before running the installer

The installer cannot replace files that Revit has loaded. Close all running Revit sessions before launching the MSI, then start Revit again once the installer finishes.

If your browser warns about the download

Chrome (and occasionally Edge) may warn that the file is "not commonly downloaded" or similar. This is a reputation-based warning that newer releases collect until enough users have installed them — it is not a malware detection. The installer is digitally signed by Performance BIM with a Sectigo code-signing certificate; you can verify this in Windows by right-clicking the downloaded MSI and choosing Properties → Digital Signatures.

To proceed in Chrome: click the ^ menu next to the warning in the download tray and choose Keep. In Edge: click the ... menu on the download and choose Keep → Keep anyway.

What you'll get#

The installer deploys the add-in for every supported version of Revit it detects on your machine. See System Requirements for the list of supported Revit releases.

After installing#

When Revit is launched for the first time after installation, it may display a security prompt asking whether to load the add-in. Click Always Load (or Load Once for a single session). The Performance Seating tab will appear in the Revit ribbon once the add-in loads.

For a complete description of the install process and post-install setup, see Installation.
