Rows#

What is a row?#

In Performance Seating, a row is a collection of seats that follow a common path along a single row reference line. Key characteristics:

  • Each row is bound to exactly one row reference line.
  • Multiple row reference lines can share the same row identifier. For example, a seating area separated by two aisles may have three separate reference lines all labeled Row C.
  • A row belongs to only one section, but the same row identifier may appear across multiple sections.

Tip

To have two separate rows with the same identifier (such as Row C split by an aisle), place two separate row reference lines and assign both to the same row identifier during seat placement.
