Walkthrough#
This walkthrough guides you through a complete seat placement workflow using a sample Revit model provided as a separate download. Following these steps end-to-end is the fastest way to become comfortable with Performance Seating before applying it to a live project.
Download the Sample Model (R25)
The sample is a proscenium theater containing a front orchestra section (divided by a cross aisle into a front and rear orchestra) and a balcony at the second level. By the end of the walkthrough you will have placed, numbered, edited, and documented seats using all of the most common commands on the ribbon.
